Lily Molnár is a versatile classical clarinetist and an imaginative music educator whose teaching is deeply rooted in the Kodály method.
As a performer, she brings expression, and depth to the stage—qualities she also nurtures in her students. In the classroom, Lily uses Kodály-based techniques to cultivate musical literacy, creativity, and inner hearing, guiding students through playful storytelling, movement, and visual imagery activities.
Her musical workshops for toddlers focus on helping children internalize music through movement and sound based activities. Wich can help understand musical concepts at an early age throught the help of imagination, Lily empowers learners of all ages to explore, create, and truly understand the language of music.
Lily Molnár is a professional classical clarinetist and dedicated educator, known for her expressive performances and teaching.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, a Master’s from the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover, and recently completed advanced studies in music pedagogy at the Kodály Institute in Hungary. With over a decade of international experience, Lily brings a wealth of musical knowledge into both the concert hall and into her music workshops.
Her teaching draws on the Kodály and Kokas method to create an engaging and supportive environment where students of all ages can develop their musicality.
Currently based in Amstrerdam, Lily gives music and movement based workshops for toddlers and offers private clarinet tutoring in person and online.
